Thrivee exists because the moment a team most needs help is the moment it can least afford to onboard anyone. We built the company to be the exception to that.
Thrivee was founded in 2021 in Novi Sad, Serbia. The idea has not changed since: be the team a company calls when the roadmap is right, the people are good, and there are simply not enough hours left before the date.
We build software of every kind — the web application, the mobile app, the desktop client, the services behind them. Alongside that sits a genuine specialism in data and machine learning, because those teams tend to be brilliant at the modelling and stretched thin everywhere else. Both halves feed each other: the AI work keeps us sharp, and the product work keeps us honest about what actually ships.
We stayed deliberately small because the alternative changes what you get. Agencies that scale sell you a senior engineer and staff a junior one. With a handful of people there is nowhere to hide: the person who scoped your work is the person writing it, and if we are not the right team for something, we say so on the first call.
Our founder’s line for it is “Wealth is having time.” It is a reasonable summary of the whole business. Every engagement we take is measured by whether it gave someone their evenings back and their launch date intact.

Branislav founded Thrivee in 2021 and still works on engagements rather than around them. If you send the site’s contact form, the first reply comes from someone who will be reading your code, not from an account manager.

Novi Sad, and inside your working day.
Serbia sits in Central European Time. In practice that means a full working-day overlap with the UK and Europe, and a real afternoon-to-evening overlap with US East Coast teams — enough for live pairing, not just handover notes.
We keep meetings inside your hours rather than ours, and we write things down so the parts of the day that do not overlap still move.
