What this website collects

Nothing automatically. There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising or social tracking pixel, and no cookie set by us. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so simply reading a page does not contact a third party on your behalf.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and troubleshooting. We do not combine those logs with anything else or use them to profile visitors.

What happens when you contact us

If you send the contact form or email us, we receive what you wrote plus the contact details you supplied. We use them to reply and, if it becomes a project, to run the engagement. We do not add you to a mailing list, a newsletter, or an automated sequence, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.

Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards so we have context if you come back, then deleted. Records tied to a signed contract are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Legal basis

Under the GDPR and Serbia’s Law on Personal Data Protection, we rely on legitimate interest for responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and on contract performance once an engagement starts.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within thirty days. If you are in the EU or the UK and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Client data during an engagement

Any access to a client’s systems, code or data happens under that client’s own access controls and the terms of the engagement contract and NDA. We do not copy client data onto personal machines, and we do not use it to train anything. That relationship is governed by the contract, not by this page.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
